Det er foretatt over 7000 publiserte  studier som dokumenterer effekten av paneler og enheter av red light therapy på ulike helsemessige plager. Effekten er dermed vitenskapelig dokumentert gjennom kliniske studier som har gjennomgått vitenskapelig fagfellevurdering. Enten du ønsker å forbedre søvnkvaliteten, lege hudskader, redusere synlige tegn på aldring, bekjempe følelser av depresjon og angst, hjelpe med nevrologiske lidelser, fremme vekttap, akselerere restitusjon etter trening, styrke utholdenheten, motvirke autoimmune tilstander eller håndtere hårtap, så kan  rødt lys terapi være et effektivt verktøy.
